Sketch your allocation.

Separate guest items, reserved stock and a planning buffer before you build the size breakdown.

240 items

200 guest items + 20 reserved + 20 buffer items. This is quantity arithmetic, not a recommended size mix.

Formula: guest items + reserved items + guest items × buffer percentage, rounded up. Your inputs are not a quote or stock guarantee.

The details that shape the order.

The blank

Choose for actual use

Start with the audience, season, fit and garment specification. Confirm decoration compatibility before committing to inventory.

The artwork

One approved version

Keep the final graphic, dimensions and placement connected to the chosen blank. A supplier change can require another review.

The allocation

Know where every piece belongs

Distinguish guest stock, staff apparel, reserved quantities and any later distribution. One total can hide several different jobs.

From brief to boxes.

  1. Scope the audience

Separate attendance from expected participation, and identify any reserved groups.

  2. Approve the apparel

Review sizes, item colors and decoration together before production materials are prepared.

  3. Manage the handoff

Track usage and agree how remaining blanks, decorated pieces and uncollected orders are returned.

A few useful answers.

Can you recommend size quantities?

We can discuss a size plan using your audience information. There is no universal mix that guarantees every guest’s preferred size.

Can we provide the garments?

Share the exact item and quantities early. Compatibility, delivery timing and any handling requirements need review.

Can some apparel be ready before the event?

Include that requirement in the brief. Pre-produced staff or reserved apparel should be planned separately from live guest allocation.

Tell us about your event.

Share the date, location and guest estimate. Merch Troop will help define the product, production method and event scope.

Event apparel printing is a Merch Troop service offering. Availability, venue requirements and the final scope are confirmed before booking.
